About Our Candles
Where are your candles made?
All our candles are poured with love, handmade in Melbourne Australia.
TOD Candles are 100% Australian Made and Owned.
What wax do you use?
TOD Candles are made using 100% Soy Wax.
Are TOD Candles Cruelty Free?
Yes!
All our candles are made from 100% Soy Wax and our fragrance oils are not tested on animals.
How do you match scents, to different times of the day?
Our fragrances are deliberately chosen to enhance certain moments and make your day as unique as you are. The scents are chosen based on our own personal experiences and where we felt most empowered.
The scents may enhance different parts of your day and that’s what makes your TOD unique.
What does the black line on the candle represent?
Due to the shape of the bottles, you are unable to burn the candle to the bottom. To help maximize your experience and maintain your safety, we have included a line to indicate where you can burn to.
Why might the the surface of my candle be irregular after burning?
Our wax is 100% natural, with no nasties - when it settles sometimes lumps or holes can appear.
If your candle shows a yellow discoloration, this is normal due to the affects of sunlight & certain fragrance oils.
Despite these imperfections, they will not affect the burning and efficacy of your candle. Burn time and scent throw will not be affected.
Do I need a plate for my molded candles?
To enjoy your candle safely, always burn candles on a flat surface using a heat resistant plate to catch the melting wax.
We also recommend placing a plate under any molded candles so they don’t stain or damage any surfaces.
Why is my candle sweating during burning?
TOD Candles are made with 100% Soy Wax. Soy Wax can be sensitive to extreme changes in temperature, this is a natural process that will not affect the performance of your candle.
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will love and enjoy your TOD as much as we do making them for you. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind but will happily exchange any products aligned with government regulations. Should you have any problems with your products, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Alternatively, we offer a flat rate of $15 for all domestic orders.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Shipping
We offer domestic delivery at a flat rate of $15. All candles are packaged safely with durable sustainable materials, to ensure they arrive to you perfectly.
We use a variety of delivery partners to ensure we can get your order to you in the safest and quickest way.
Tracking information will be sent to the email on the order, once shipping is processed.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
We estimate you should receive your order within 5-10 days, depending on the circumstances of our delivery partners. We do provide tracking details with each order.
If you haven’t received your order, please contact us with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes we do! TOD Rewards.
For every $100 purchased, you will receive $10 in loyalty credits which can be used on your next order.
Can I donate wine bottles?
At this stage we are not taking donations but if you have a venue in Melbourne, Victoria, please get in touch as we’d love to hear from you!
Do you customize candles?
Yes!
