We offer domestic delivery at a flat rate of $8.95. We endeavor to ship all items within 48 hours of an order being placed, with the exception of made to order products.

Free Shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $100.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will love and enjoy your TOD as much as we do making them for you. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind but will happily exchange any products aligned with government regulations. Should you have any problems with your products, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.

Gift cards will be emailed to your nominated email address.

All gift cards are valid for 12 months.

Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned however we are happy to offer exchanges on any purchases made with the gift card.
